Terms of Service

The VolumeUGC platform (the "Service") is operated by Volume UGC LLC("VolumeUGC", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
VolumeUGC lets you create a short-form video format once and recreate it across multiple clients and campaigns. You upload source material and the Service generates output videos for you.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business or professional purposes. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it (authentication is handled by Clerk). Keep your credentials secure.
Subscriptions & payment
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually).
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change.
Your content and the rights you give us
- You keep ownership of the source material you upload and, as between you and us, of the videos generated for you.
- You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload, that you have permission to use any brand, product, music, or footage in it, and that every identifiable person depicted has consented to its use in the videos you create.
- You grant Volume UGC LLC a limited license to host, store, process, and modify your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including generating your output videos).
- You are responsible for how you use the generated videos, including any disclosures the law or a platform requires (for example, labeling sponsored, advertising, or AI-generated/synthetic content) wherever you publish them.
- Fonts you upload. If you upload a font file, you represent and warrant that you hold a valid licence for it and that the licence permits the use the Service makes of it: the file is stored on our servers, installed and read by our rendering software, and the letterforms are drawn into video files that you may publish and distribute commercially. Many retail font licences are limited to a named number of desktop computers and do not cover server-side or embedded use, so check the licence you actually hold rather than assuming a purchase is enough. You are responsible for any claim arising from a font you upload, and you agree to indemnify us for it on the terms below. We do not review uploaded fonts for licensing, and nothing in the Service should be read as our confirmation that a given font is cleared for your use.
- Fonts we provide. Fonts we make available as built-in options are ours to provide for use through the Service, and your right to use them does not extend beyond the videos the Service generates for you. They are not licensed to you for any other purpose, and you may not extract or redistribute them.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that you lack the rights to use.
- Do not upload font files you are not licensed to use on a hosted service, and do not use the Service to distribute font files to others.
- Do not upload content depicting a person without their consent, or create deceptive impersonations.
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The VolumeUGC platform, software, and branding are owned by Volume UGC LLC and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@volumeugc.com including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, and your signature. We will respond to valid notices, remove infringing material where appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers. This applies to font software as well as to images, video, and audio: send a notice and we will remove an uploaded font on the same terms.
Generated output
Output videos are produced automatically from your inputs and may contain errors or artifacts. They are provided for you to review before use; you are responsible for checking them before publishing.
Connected social accounts
The Service can connect to your TikTok account. Connecting is optional, and it only happens after you authorize it through TikTok's own consent screen. You may disconnect at any time, either in the Service or from your TikTok app settings.
We will never post to your TikTok account. When you send a video from the Service, it arrives in that account's TikTok inbox as a draft. You choose in the TikTok app whether to edit it, add sound or captions, and whether to publish it at all. We do not request permission to publish directly.
With your authorization we also read that account's own public performance figures (followers, views, likes, comments, shares, and post details) and store them so the Service can show you how the account is doing over time. We use this only to show you your own figures. See our Privacy Policy for what is stored and how to have it deleted.
Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for making sure the content you send complies with them, and TikTok may limit how many drafts an account can receive in a day. Nothing here changes your relationship with TikTok, and TikTok is not a party to these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, output quality, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volume UGC LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Volume UGC LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the generated videos, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
